The full process

How it works

From assessing your contract to the day the assignment is registered with the developer. Every step is written out here, so nothing lands on you halfway through.

  • Completely free for sellers

No commission on the seller at any stage — you recover what you paid, in cash.

  • 1.25% from the buyer

Charged only once the transfer actually completes — not before.

  • An official assignment, approved

The contract moves inside the developer's own records — not a power of attorney.

Both journeys

Pick your journey

One platform, two paths. Switch between them to see exactly what your side looks like.

  1. Step 1

    Assess your contract

Enter your contract details and see exactly where you stand — free, and with no commitment.

  2. Step 2

    Send your documents

The contract and the payment receipts. We review them and verify them against the developer's records.

  3. Step 3

    We package your opportunity

Every figure is checked against your paperwork before a single buyer sees it.

  4. Step 4

    We find the buyer

We match your unit with buyers who can genuinely carry the remaining installments — owner to buyer, no brokers.

  5. Step 5

    Transfer the contract

We walk the developer's transfer process through with you, step by step, until the cash is in your hands.

Transfers are completed officially, with the developer's approval, and each developer's process differs. Free for sellers; the figures shown are indicative.

Documents

The documents we need

Three things to get started. We review and verify them before a single buyer sees your position.

  • The reservation or sale contract

It gives us the contract price, the remaining installments, and the developer's own assignment terms.

  • The payment receipts

These evidence what you have actually paid — the number the whole price rests on. Without them, no figure is confirmed.

  • Your national ID

So we can confirm the person assigning the contract is the contract holder.

The buyer provides their national ID and details at reservation, and some developers ask for extra paperwork such as a clearance certificate. Your documents are seen only by the review team.

The developer's role

The assignment happens at the developer — not on the side

An assignment means the contract itself moves from the seller's name into the buyer's name in the developer's own records. It happens with the developer's approval, through the developer's process — and we walk that process with you.

A power of attorney or a side agreement

  • The contract stays in the seller's name in the developer's records.
  • The buyer is not an official party and cannot take delivery in their own name.
  • A power of attorney can be revoked, and inheritance or claims complicate it further.

We do not work this way.

An official assignment, approved by the developer

  • The contract is registered in the buyer's name in the developer's records.
  • The buyer continues the installments and takes delivery in their own name.
  • The seller is released from the obligation officially, with nothing left hanging.

This is the only way we work.

Every developer sets its own conditions: some require a minimum share of the price to be paid before they will approve an assignment, some charge an assignment fee. We check your developer's terms up front, and if the position does not work we will say so plainly.

Timing

How long it usually takes

There is no fixed timeline, and anyone quoting you a guaranteed one is not being straight with you. Here is what we typically see.

  1. Stage 1

    Review and verification

    2–5 working days

From the moment the contract and the receipts reach us complete.

  2. Stage 2

    Finding the buyer

Depends on the unit and price

Positions priced close to the original contract move fastest.

  3. Stage 3

    The developer's process

    Two weeks to two months

This is the stage outside our hands — the developer sets its own pace.

These ranges are indicative, drawn from past cases — not a promise. Both the outcome and the timing depend on your contract terms, the developer's approval and market conditions. Still have a question? Read the FAQ.
